Teri Gibbons-Jacobson
Teri Gibbons-Jacobson is an Aging Adult, Advanced Illness, and End of Life Doula. She has been serving families, individuals and communities since 2016. She is a trainer for hospice volunteers as well as a support doula/staff trainer. She is an Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer, a Certified Dementia Practitioner and an Advanced Care Planner. She considers it an honor to be invited in to a home, a facility, a community group or a conversation to discuss, educate, encourage and support caring for one another in dis-ease, dying and death. Living life through the lens of death encourages us all to live intentionally, consciously.

Holly Mease
Holly has had the honor of caring for the terminally ill as a Hospice nurse for nearly a decade. She is passionate about continuing to serve her community as a Doula and End of Life Guide. Drawing on her years of experience, Holly is also able to provide professional guidance to those who are wondering if Hospice services may be of benefit to them. Wherever you are on life's path, Holly would consider it a privilege to offer you and your loved ones compassionate guidance and support.

Carey M. Palmquist
Carey is a long-time resident of Anne Arundel County and serves as a hospice volunteer. She has a penchant for working with families and the dying to help the grieving navigate the strong emotions and feelings that come from loss. Focused on rituals and ceremonies and ways to memorialize the life of a loved one, Carey takes special care and interest in working with the circle of care to cultivate a safe space for the creative expression of love and respect for the life, experiences, and events that comprise the legacy of the dying.

Emma Rogers
Emma Rogers is a licensed clinical social worker, certified equine gestalt coach, and a certified end of life coach and sacred passage doula. Emma is passionate about facilitating a healing environment for her clients and utilizing deep listening to support and empower. Emma works with healthcare organizations to integrate end-of-life doula services for their clients and provide education and support for staff.

Leah Saliter
Leah Saliter is a certified Death Doula. She has been serving families, individuals, and communities since 2022. Leah is passionate about assisting people as they transition into a peaceful, heartfelt environment. Leah works with underserved populations to bring this ancient practice back to those whose cultural practices have become inaccessible and unavailable. Leah is also a certified Yoga Teacher. She brings Yoga, breathwork, and meditation. Her spiritual connection allows her to support clients who trust and believe in consciousness transfer after transitioning. Leah provides grief counseling in individual and group settings. She hosts a monthly grief circle for Black People and People of Color. She enjoys facilitating intergenerational conversations around grief.
