Emma Rogers is a licensed clinical social worker, certified equine gestalt coach, and a certified end of life coach and sacred passage doula. Emma is passionate about facilitating a healing environment for her clients and utilizing deep listening to support and empower. Emma works with healthcare organizations to integrate end-of-life doula services for their clients and provide education and support for staff.

Teri Gibbons-Jacobson is a certified sacred passage doula and end of life coach. She has a great depth of experience as a death doula and specializes in patients experiencing dementia. Teri believes it is an incredible honor to serve families dealing with illness, disease and end of life as a Doula. She helps navigate this season by partnering with the sweet soul experiencing difficulties and their loved ones with practical, emotional, and spiritual support.

Holly has had the honor of caring for the terminally ill as a Hospice nurse for nearly a decade. She is passionate about continuing to serve her community as a Doula and End of Life Guide. Drawing on her years of experience, Holly is also able to provide professional guidance to those who are wondering if Hospice services may be of benefit to them.
