Welcoming Certified Death Doulas
The Maryland Doula Collective is looking to expand our network of certified and heart-centered end-of-life doulas and coaches. We recognize that the needs of clients seeking dying support can be great and we believe a network of experienced and trusted doulas can be the difference between "good" and "exceptional" care. As a healer working in end-of-life the potential for compassion fatigue and burn out are high. By working with the collective you not only have access to other doulas who understand your work but who can lend a hand when "life" happens.
As part of the Maryland Doula Collective you and your specific offerings will be featured on our website to increase visibility to your practice. Part of the Maryland Doula Collective's mission is to bring end-of-life doula work to more practices, organizations, and clients across Maryland. We are regularly networking with physicians, nurses, palliative and hospice organizations looking for doulas like you to support their patients. If you're part of the collective, we have your information ready to provide to referral sources when the need arises.

Looking for more than a website listing? MDC offers three tiers of membership to support doulas who are growing or expanding their business. We use our expertise to empower you to protect, refine, and enjoy your work as an end of life professional. Our packages include support with intake documentation, access to administrative and mentorship support, participation in our online platform to manage calls and virtual sessions, help setting up a HIPAA compliant practice management software, and hosting for your groups and workshops.
