Equine Therapy

Life & Legacy Vision
Offered as an individual coaching experience or group course participants are invited to explore their emotional, mental, spiritual, physical, and practical domains of life. Through heart-centered coaching and open ended questioning facilitators will guide you to examine your desires, goals, and to create a vision map to deepen your experience of living. Whether you have recently received a life changing diagnosis or are physically well and interested in examining life more fully, the life and legacy vision course supports participants to live a richer and more joyful life.
I HAVE CANCER... NOW WHAT?
This two-hour virtual offering brings participants a safe space to explore the changes in their life since being diagnosed with cancer and practical strategies for managing stress and living more fully. A serious diagnosis is scary, life changing, and not something most of us are prepared for. Cancer can also be an opportunity to tune in to what really matters to us - empowering us to make changes to our life and care less about “the small stuff.” Join cancer survivor and doula Emma Rogers along with full-spectrum doula Teri Jacobson for an honest, authentic, and loving look at living your best Iife after cancer.
